Peeping Tom In Scottsdale

The subject is wanted for questioning in a series of 'peeping tom' incidents that began in Aug. '05. There have been 3 reported incidents that occurred in an area bordered by Indian School & Osborn, Hayden & Granite Reef Roads. All the incidents have occurred after dark, usually between 10 p.m. & midnight. The subject is described as a white male, 15-30 years old, with sandy blond to brown hair that is longer on the back & shaved on the sides. The male is anywhere from 5.7 to 5.10 with a thin build.
