Judge Recommends APS Hike Be Denied

The Chief Administrative Law Judge for the Az. State Corp. Commission is recommending to members of the Az. State Corp. Commission that they deny an emergency interm in the 11% rate increase. Judge Lyn Farmer is suggesting an interm adjustor be approved for APS's purchased power & fuel costs incurred for this year. Members of the commission are reviewing the 38 page recommendation by the judge. It is scheduled to be on the agenda when the full commission meets May 2nd in Phoenix.
