Hospital In Downtown Florence?

Initiatives Healthcare Inc. wants to open a full-service hospital in downtown Florence in the decades old, 90,000-square-foot building vacated in '99 by the Florence's one & only hospital & could logistically be open within a year of the Town Councils approval of incentives that include write-offs of property & sales taxes, an exclusivity deal, rezoning the land & a $250,000 development grant.
