Fairfield Inn $old

The Fairfield Inn located just north of downtown Scottsdale has been sold & will be redeveloped as an independent property called the Hotel Scottsdale. Scottsdale Venetian Village L.L.C., bought the property for an undisclosed sum & will put in $3 million in upgrades.
