EAHEC & GCC Helping Nursing Students

Eastern Arizona Area Health Education Center (EAHEC) & Gila Community College (GCC) have joined forces to assist student nurses at Gila Community College. EAHEC is offering assistance to student nurses with programs that help in deferring the cost during the clinical phase of the GCC Nursing Program & supporting student nurses in finding employment in rural Arizona. EAHEC also provides health career training opportunities for those who are beginning their career in the health field. EAHEC serves a critical role in addressing the health workforce challenges in Gila County. EAHEC & GCC are investing in the health & economic foundation of rural Gila County.
