After Taking "On The Lamb" Too Literally

Mesa deputy fire chief, Leroy Donald Johnson, 52, had overseen the department's technical services dept., has submitted his retirement application. He has been on paid administrative leave pending an internal investigation after his arrest in early March of attempting to have sex with a lamb.
