ACC Approves Energy Saving Programs For APS

On Wednesday, the Commission approved new programs to give customers more control over their energy bills. The Commissioners approved new time of use options for Arizona Public Service (APS) customers. The Commissioners also approved programs designed to make new and existing homes more energy efficient. The Commissioners approved 2 new options that define off-peak hours as 7:00 PM to noon.
