Judge Orders E-mail Release

Judge Robert Duber II of the Gila County Superior Court ordered on March 7th the e-mail records from retired Pinal County Manager Stan Griffis' county computer be made public with redacted information such as Social Security numbers & credit-card numbers. Griffis' attorneys have 15 days to either file an appeal or submit the redacted records. If records aren't released by March 28th, Duber ruled that the e-mail records could be released without redactions. Griffis is under investigation for spending $21,000 in county funds on sniper rifles, ammunition and gear.
