City Of Phoenix Offices Closed Friday

City of Phoenix offices & libraries will be closed Friday in observance of the Cesar Chavez holiday. Parking meters will be FREE except at Sky Harbor International Airport, buses, Dial-A-Ride, & DASH will operate their regular weekday schedules.
