Show Low P & Z Commission Unanimously Approves Eagle Mountain Estates

The Show Low Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the preliminary development plan for a 263-unit subdivision called Eagle Mountain Estates during their regular meeting, Tuesday. Expected are 44 of the units for single families and 219 units will be for multi-family use and will be located on state Route 260 and 43rd Avenue. The commission amended the motion to include that final plans for the phases would be submitted in consecutive years: phase one now, phase two in '07 and phase three in '08. The first phase of the plan is the building of 44 single-family homes on 14.23 acres. The following phases are in relation to the building of all the multi-family town homes. Also, under phase two includes the building of commercial units.
