Public Memorial Service Set For Fmr. Gov. Goddard

A public memorial service for former governor Sam Goddard will be held in Phoenix on Feb. 17th. It will be at the State Capitol at 3 p.m. There will also be a memorial for Goddard the next day in Tucson.
