Boyce Thompson Host's "Language of Flowers"
Boyce Thompson Arboretum will host the annual "Language of Flowers" show, to mark Valentine's Day.The event will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Valentine's Day. The show will feature a presentation of flowers and their historic and social significance, as well as a chocolate tasting of treats from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. by Cerreta Candy Co. of Glendale. Treats will cost 50 cents each, or three treats for $1. The arboretum is at milepost 223 on U.S. 60, east of Apache Junction and west of Superior.
