Nobody's Safe From I.D. Theft

Not even, Bobby Joe Harris, the former police chief of Chandler suspected something was wrong when he started having problems with his Sam's Club membership card. He was told he closed the account and opened a new account that had a woman's name he didn't recognize. The store clerk said there had been no purchases made on the new account. The total of the purchases was $11,000 and is one of two people the unidentified woman has added herself to the accounts of. Police are baffled as to how the woman was able to gain access to the account.
