A member of the Assessor's Office will be in the Mammoth office of Supervisor Lionel Ruiz to accept applications for Widow, Widower's and Disabled person's tax exemptions. The staff member will be accepting applications from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 26.

To qualify for the property tax exemption, the applicant must meet the general eligibility qualifications:

* Must be a permanent resident of Arizona.
* Assessed value of all property owned in Arizona cannot exceed $20,905.
* Income cannot exceed $25,637 per household, or $30,764 if children under the age of 18 reside in same household.

Widow-Widower Exemption
