Arriba Mexican Grills Gets Fined

The owner of four Arriba Mexican Grills in the Phoenix area was given a $65,000 fine to settle a sexual harassment and retaliation suit. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission lawsuit against Rayna Enterprises charges that an Arriba management official sexually harassed female employees at the Ahwatukee location.
