No scooter for you

The Glendale City Council voted to ban motorized scooters. The ban will take effect in 30 days and officers plan on taking the next 45 days to educate the public about it. Anyone found riding the motorized skateboards on city property, including parks, is subject to a $150 fine. However, you may still ride scooters on private property.
